I’m a VFX student at SCAD, but really, I’m just someone obsessed with color, texture, and how things feel in the real world.

 

My creative brain started with traditional art,specifically watercolor, hand lettering, and the texture of heavy, rough paper. There’s something so satisfying about the way water glides across a page and leaves behind raw, messy, beautiful textures. That love turned into an Instagram page just for my lettering and illustrations, where I ended up building a community of over 2k people, collaborating with different brands, and getting to teach watercolor workshops along the way.

 

A lot of people treat visual effects like pure technical problem-solving, but I bring that same painterly mindset into 3D.

 

My best ideas never happen while staring at a monitor. They come from long treks in the mountains or scuba diving, watching sunlight break through ocean currents and paying attention to how nature moves on its own terms.

 

At the end of the day, I just love making things full of life. Animated movies and bright, vibrant art have always had this weird power to completely lift my mood, and honestly, I just hope scrolling through my work and seeing all these colors gives you that exact same feeling and makes your day a little brighter.
