Second Life Sole

This sculptural study reimagines a sneaker form using discarded coffee pods as the primary material. By deconstructing and reshaping the pods, I explored how everyday waste can be transformed into something tactile, structured, and visually compelling. The metallic surfaces naturally create variation in color, reflection, and texture, allowing the material itself to guide the final form. This project reflects my interest in sustainability, material experimentation, and object design, while also informing how I approach surface detail, realism, and construction in my 3D modeling and texturing work.
